HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1: After purchasing the Mini Nutrition & Health Coaching Program, you will receive an e-mail with an attached Wellness Profile questionnaire and 5-day Food Diary form. Fill out these forms on your computer and e-mail them back to me — along with general times you are available for your initial 1.5 hour initial consultation.
Step 2: I will review your information, ask further questions if needed and make an assessment of your nutrition and health status based on your symptoms and conditions, health goals, diet, lifestyle and history.
Step 3: I will then put all my best recommendations together for you and go over them during your initial phone consultation, to guide you in achieving your priority health and energy goals. Supportive resources and materials will be e-mailed to you as discussed.
Step 4: At the end of your initial consult, we will set up your next tele-coaching session for further guidance, questions and accountability.
Step 5: After each of your phone sessions, start putting your personalized recommendations into action and e-mail me any time during your program for more support, questions, concerns, and/or progress reports.
