Hello & Welcome!

I’m Kelly Hayford, CNC, a former junk-food junkie turned nutrition & health coach, author, speaker and healthy lifestyle educator — currently on a mission to help as many people as possible improve their health and wellness — while continuing to work on myself as well;-)

This site, as you may have noticed, is undergoing some changes in order to serve YOU better! So thank you for overlooking some of the foibles. I encourage you to do the same for YOURSELF when it comes to your health and lifestyle habits.

Stop trying to be perfect. There’s no such thing. Do your best and bless the rest — is my favorite motto. I practice it regularly;-)

If you’re currently a junk-food junkie or already making the transition, this site can help you restore and/or maintain your health, energy and natural weight through an Eating-for-Health Lifestyle. I always tell people that there are few who can surpass my former junk-food junkie days. At my peak I was pretty bad.

Now I ‘eat for health’ regularly as part of my lifestyle and literally get grossed out at the thought of the stuff I used to eat! Don’t miss it at all. — If I can do it, you can too.
