Blasting Into the Blogosphere!

Hey Everyone —

Just a quick note to let you know that I’m blasting into the blogosphere! (More like a trickle really.)

I’m on a mission to help as many people as possible with their health through nutrition and figured this is an efficient way to connect with the most number of people in the least amount of time. In addition, many of you who have been clients, read my books or listened to my presentations, often ask me questions about specific topics or resources, and blog posts are a great way to get you the answers your looking for, while informing others at the same time.

Building community around Eating for Health is also very helpful for staying inspired and sharing tips and recipes for making it part of your lifestyle. So please ask questions and share with me and others here. We all learn from and get inspired by each other!

I’ll be posting 1-3x a week on a variety of tips and tidbits, and also be addressing more specifics of each of my five Eating-for-Health Guidelines in detail, beginning with the first.
